Hard Rock Cafe: World Burger Tour

Hard Rock Cafe is a music themed restaurant located in Darling Harbour. It is known for its all American bar food and drinks and cool atmosphere. We came here for dinner one night, to check out the special drinks and burgers on their World Burger Tour.

For our drinks we ordered the Classic Caribbean Mojito and Passionfruit Mai Tai. The mojito was nice and refreshing while the mai tai was more fruity and sour. Both drinks were great accompaniments to the burgers.

For our burgers we chose two, the first was the Whisky Bacon Burger from Belgium with whisky marinated burger patty, stacked with bacon slices, crispy fried red onion, melted cheddar and jack cheeses, garlic aioli, sliced tomato and fresh arugula with a side of chips. I loved this burger, the whisky taste was subtle but had a nice unique flavour and the crispy red onion added good texture to the burger.

We also ordered the Cuban Burger from Miami Florida with beef patty, mojo marinated pulled pork with melted swiss cheese, sweet plantains finished with yellow mustard, pickle chips, crisp lettuce and vine ripened tomato. This was my favourite burger, the pulled pork was well marinated and so tender and the melted swiss cheese was nice and rich.

Overall, Hard Rock Cafe is a cool place to hang out with your friends and have a drink and a bite. They do a range of great dishes and burgers so its definitely worth checking out!

Love At First Bite dined as guests of Hard Rock Cafe. All opinions are my own.
