Zambrero is a chain of Mexican food that aims to serve fresh delicious Mexican dishes. For every bowl or burrito sold, Zambrero is donating to a meal to someone in need to fight hunger. Their goal is to donate 1 billion meals by 2025. I came here for lunch one weekday, keen for quick and delicious casual feed.
I ordered two bowls, the first was the Bowl IQ with chicken, black rice, seeds, guacamole, fresh salsa and cos lettuce with garlic sauce. I loved the ingredients here, the chicken was nicely marinated and the rice had good texture, while the garlic sauce brought it all together.
I also tried the Power bowl with extra beef, black rice, seeds, pinto beans, fresh salsa and cos lettuce with chipotle sauce. This is for anyone who wants extra protein, the beef was tender and juicy and the chipotle sauce gave it a great kick, while the salsa was nice and fresh.
Overall, Zambrero is a great option for a quick and casual delicious feed. Definitely recommend for those who love Mexican food!
Love at First Bite dined as guests of Zambrero and Scrunch. All opinions are my own.
