Chur Burger: Classic delicious burgers in Surry Hills

Chur burger is one the original burger places to first open with gourmet burgers and now many years later, they are still the place to go for high quality burgers in Sydney. I came here one night keen to try out their new drink Love Bite drink pairings with some of their classic burgers.

The first drink we tried was the Blood orange lime and bitters which pairs the beef Chargrilled angus beef pattie with chipotle mayo, fresh tomato salsa, cheese and smoky onion rings burger. I loved how this pattie was cooked medium, it was so juicy and tender and the chipotle mayo added a good kick.

The next drink was the Watermelon and mandarin which pairs with the Cumin spiced beetroot pattie with fresh cucumber dill relish, baby gem, feta and basil mayonnaise burger. I am not usually a fan of veggie burgers but this was delicious, the seasoning was great and the feta was so creamy.

Finally the lemon and passionfruit drink pairs with the Marinated grilled chicken with hot sauce mayo, minted slaw and lemon dressing burger. I loved this one too, the chicken was tender and juicy and the lemon dressing was nice and zesty.

We also tried some of their chips and sweet potato fries, which went perfectly as sides to the burgers.

Overall, Chur Burger is one of the OG burger places in Sydney, with high quality ingredients and creative burger inventions. The vibe of the place is also really chill and great so be sure to check it out!

Love at First Bite dined as a guest of the establishment and / or their representatives. All opinions are my own.
